Ultimate Tools for the Loner

a must-have gadget to the galaxy
Ahhh…right now, Muslims are celebrating Haj season or Aidiladha. Since I’m way off from my own kampong, I bet there is no interesting activity can be held in Kuala Lumpur other than sitting in front of PC just listening to the music or idealistically talking to General Grievous, my action figure, in hope for some responses. Eh?
However, I’ve prepared some basic items or tools which will be needed during the trial of embracing the “become-the-loner-situation”, on achieving the nirvana of escapism. The items I used may be subjected to cost, skills, mind preparation and time.
1 – Playstation Portable (PSP)
This is a must-have tool when you faced the electricity cut due to unpaid bills or breakdown, and as a gateway for stress. I found it very, very useful due to its capability to play music, videos, pictures, play games and connecting to the Internet. I’m using this PSP due to some occasions, by which you may practice it as well.
When you’re frustrated and angry, you can either lay a smackdown on The Big Show (WWE 2007) or make 10-step combos on Jin Kazama (Tekken Dark Ressurection). When you’re being rejected by a girl during confession, you can either listen to some mellowish song or watch some Jpop idols swinging their butts and dance Para Para…
See? This is how PSP may change your life? Or maybe not…
2 – iPod
This superbly crafted MP3 player is the most ideal and powerful player around (MP3 management, graphic associations on Cover Flow and smooth transition on menus, and interactive touch navigation). When I looked closely on its structure, there’s no way in hell I managed to make it open by using hammer and screwdriver. If you’re thinking of watching videos on iPod Nano, I don’t think it’s going to be that interesting…
3 – Personal Computer
I can’t live without this thing. The end!
4 – Action figure
Since I’m debuted my own General Grievous on my blog entry, it is an honor to announce it as vital “tool” to curb the “loner status”.
